Founded in 1992, Expedite Projects delivers over 50 years of property development, private equity and investment experience into best possible outcomes for our clients. Although our experience spans multiple asset classes, we have refined our unique value proposition into working with a select number of clients each year on their personal property portfolio in and around the greater Sydney area.
Our approach is to work with our clients from very early strategic planning to create a bespoke solution for their needs whether it be a forever home, a downsizer by the water, a multifamily arrangement or a knock down and rebuild.
Given our emphasis is on creating a customised, seamless, personalised experience, we are only able to work with a select number of clients each year.
